When should I arrive for my trip?

We recommend arriving at the Cairo Marina at least 20 minutes before your scheduled departure. This allows ample time for boarding. The ferry departs promptly, so please be on time to ensure you don’t miss your voyage.

What are the rules on board?

For the comfort and safety of all passengers, smoking is not permitted in the enclosed VIP cabin but is allowed in a designated area on the open-air upper deck. Outside food and beverages are not allowed, but you will receive complimentary water. We ask that you keep noise to a minimum to allow everyone to enjoy the audio guide.

Absolutely. Our ferries and boarding ramps are fully accessible for wheelchairs and passengers with reduced mobility. We have dedicated accessible seating areas and restrooms. Please notify us at the time of booking if you require any special assistance.

What happens in bad weather?

Passenger safety is our top priority. In the rare event of severe weather conditions (such as a heavy sandstorm) that make sailing unsafe, we will cancel the trip. All affected passengers will be notified and offered a choice between a full refund or rebooking on the next available trip.
